PART 1: NRC Daily Requirements Computation
In order to determine the proper diet for your horse, we must first gather some information about the horse. There are three simple step where you will be asked for information needed to calculate your horses's daily nutritional requirements: 1) What units of measure would you like to use; 2) What type of activity the horse is involved; 3) Specific information about the horse. Then a screen will be displayed showing the National Research Council recommended daily requirements tailored to your horse based on the information you supplied.
At the moment, the user's input values are not checked for "sane" values or if they were even provided at all. When entering data for a Growing Horse, the age MUST be between 3 and 30 months inclusive. Input validations will be added in the near future.
